Awarded Employee of the Year 2021 at Argaam

In February 2022, I was honored to receive the Best Employee Award 2021 at Argaam.

This recognition followed our team’s transition to fully remote work at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the challenges of remote operation, 2021 was an incredibly productive year for our engineering team.

During this period, we successfully architected and delivered key systems across various technical stacks:

• Argaam Web Portal: Enhanced core features, performance, and scalability.
• Argaam Data APIs: Designed and shipped the core API platform powering corporate partnerships and internal systems across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
• Investor Relations (IR): Developed tools for financial tracking and reporting.
• Business Frames: Designed and optimized custom internal frameworks.

Managing a distributed engineering team during a pandemic requires a high level of ownership, trust, and clear communication. While this award recognizes my technical contributions, it is truly a testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire engineering team at Argaam.
