Awarded Employee of the Year 2021 at Argaam

In February 2022, I was named Employee of the Year 2021 at Argaam.

This recognition was for my work leading a remote team of software engineers. During a challenging period of fully remote operations, we successfully architected and shipped the Argaam Data API platform (powering corporate partnerships and internal systems across Saudi Arabia and the GCC) and delivered Argaam Charts.

Managing remote engineering teams requires clear technical direction and a focus on ownership. This award is a testament to the dedication of the entire engineering team at Argaam during that year.
